When my child first stepped onto the field, I had no idea how quickly the game would grow — and how quickly the equipment bills would grow with it.

Every season it was something new.

• A bigger bat.
• A different glove.
• Cleats that somehow didn't fit anymore.
• Catcher's gear upgrades.

And like many of you, I looked around my garage and realized we had hundreds — sometimes thousands — of dollars' worth of equipment that still had life left in it.

At the same time, other families were searching for quality gear without paying full retail prices.

That's where the idea for DugoutXC was born.

Not as a business first — but as a solution for our community.

I wanted to create a place specifically for baseball and softball families. A place where we could:

• Buy and sell gear safely
• Keep transactions local
• Support one another
• And strengthen the program our kids are proud to represent

DugoutXC is free to join, free to list, and built with secure PayPal transactions so sellers are paid directly and safely. It's simple, transparent, and designed with parents in mind.

But more importantly, it's about community.

If adopted as the official gear exchange partner, DugoutXC will donate 5% of total monthly sales back to the organization — because this platform should give back to the very program that inspired it.

DugoutXC is my way of supporting that same spirit off the field.
